- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. VOS cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES
Marriott VA Beach Oceanfront Exhibitor Order Form (Shipping, AV, Power)
Marriott staff will deliver exhibitor shipments to the exhibit hall for move-in on Friday, May 2nd. During move-out on Saturday, vendors are responsible for packing and labeling return shipments and scheduling the pick up through the carrier. Marriott staff will move the outgoing shipments from the exhibit hall to the hotel loading dock.
Lead Retrieval
For the Virginia Orthopaedic Society 78th Annual Meeting, we are offering eShowLeads, a trade show lead retrieval application that lets exhibitors collect leads using their Smartphone.
eShowLeads allows the user to easily collect attendee contact information, add notes and record answers to qualifying questions all on the exhibitor’s smartphone. After the event, your leads will be emailed to you in an excel file. Use your smartphone to collect leads and record more qualifying data. For a more detailed description please click here.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The headquarter hotel is Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort.
VOS Group rate from $330**. Rate available through April 2 or when the block fills, whichever occurs first. MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATIONS HERE.
**Resort fee of $25 per night (included in rate and will appear as $355) will be waived upon check in.
